The Board of Adjustments reviews and decides appeals of certain zoning and building decisions relating to real property within the Town. Appeals of the BOA's decisions are heard and decided by the Town's Board of Commissioners.
Meets: 3rd Thursday of each Month at 7 PM, Town Hall, as scheduled
The Finance Advisory Board assists the Board of Commissioners with financial matters including but not limited to the Town's strategic financial plan, its annual property tax decisions and annual budget, its investment policies and practices and its annual financial audit. This committee is Ad Hoc and no term lengths are associated.

The Parks & Recreation Board advises the Town Commission with decisions regarding landscaping and maintenance of the Town's public lands and its recreational facilities.
Meets: 1st Monday of each Month at 10 AM at Town Hall
The Planning Board serves the Town by maintaining liaison with the Pinellas County Planning Department the Regional Planning Council and the Metropolitan Planning Organization. It reviews and updates the Town's Comprehensive Plan, which charts the evolution of the Town's future growth, required services and population needs.
Meets: 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of each Month, 7:00 PM at Town Hall, as scheduled
Full term is five years, unless member is filling an unexpired term.
